International Women’s Day will take place this year in a context marked by the deepening of imperialist wars, the rise of Islamophobia, and the generalization of anti-worker attacks. On all three fronts, women are the first victims.

The Partisan invites you to join the PCR-RCP and local Proletarian Feminist Front contingents in various activities, and in various cites, throughout the day.


For the entire day: Community Fair at Ryerson Student Centre, 55 Gould Street. Look for the table of the PFF-Toronto.

Demonstration starts at 1pm at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE), 252 Bloor Street West. The PFF-Toronto will meet at noon on the stairs across from OISE by Varsity Stadium.


“We Will Build the World We Want:” Public forum followed by a demonstration organized by Women of Diverse Origins.

Forum from 9:30am to noon at Concordia University, 1455, boul. De Maisonneuve Ouest, 7th Floor.

Demonstration starts at 1pm at Place Norman-Bethune, corner of Guy & De Maisonneuve (Metro Guy-Concordia).


“Women marching for equality and against austerity:” Gathering at 10:30am at the Parc de l’Amérique française (boul. René-Lévesque / Metrobus stop at Grand-Théâtre).
