A NEW INITIATIVE IN OTTAWA

Support Anti Colonial Action!

Anti Colonial Action is a anti colonial and anti capitalist organization created to serve the indigenous community and organize with revolutionary politics.

MANDATE

To ensure peace for seven generations to come we must organize for liberation now! We aim to organize our indigenous communities in the areas that we live in for self defense, service to the people and to create a movement capable of national liberation and the freedom of colonized peoples. We struggle against capitalism, colonialism, sexism and the colonialist state along with all other oppression the masses may face. We are independent from the settler colonial state

Revolutionary activists from various areas in the Maritimes gathered last weekend at the 4th Canadian Revolutionary Conference, convened in Halifax by the Revolutionary Communist Party (PCR-RCP). Following successful conferences in Montréal (2006), Toronto (2010) and Vancouver (2014), the main objective of this CRC was to propel the expansion of revolutionary communism in the Maritime provinces, as a means of gathering and building the forces necessary to end capitalism, imperialism and colonialism.

As a result, we are proud to announce the official formation of PCR-RCP Organizing Committees in Halifax, NS and Charlottetown, PEI. The comrades involved in these committees will begin

The annual March for Life gathering in Ottawa ended in another humiliation for the far-right reactionaries who want to take away women’s and other gender-oppressed people’s control over their body. The Proletarian Feminist Front – Ottawa and La Riposte Féministe from Montreal successfully organized a counter-protest on May 12th that disrupted the anti-choicers’ planned parade, while the night before, those reactionaries were also met with resistance as the PFF planned a vigil for the victims of unsafe abortions just an hour before their own “vigil for unborn babies”. Supporters of the Revolutionary Communist Party as well as the Revolutionary Student

A CALL FROM THE REVOLUTIONARY COMMUNIST PARTY FOR MAY DAY 2016

This World Belongs to us! Fight for Worker’s Power!

Throughout the world, workers and oppressed people celebrate May Day, the International Workers’ Day. May Day serves of course to highlight our struggles and victories—those of the past, our current struggles and our victories to come. It is also an opportunity to demonstrate once again our will to resist the various and daily attacks that we undergo from the bosses and all those who defend and impose this system of exploitation and oppression with all its inequalities.

But May Day is not a day of struggle like any other one. For over a century, International Workers’ Day has been a

On this Mayday we call upon the proletariat and oppressed peoples of the world to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution (GPCR) in China. In the GPCR, as a great strategic beacon, the Mao Tsetung Thought was intensely spread and Chairman Mao became the recognized leader of the world revolution and the one who brought forward a new stage of Marxism-Leninism: Maoism.

Five decades after Chairman Mao affirmed that “imperialists and all reactionaries are paper tigers” imperialism has descended further into its prolonged and deep crisis; in a world evermore ridden from storms the conditions to

The Revolutionary Communist Party calls on workers, revolutionary youth, anti-capitalist activists, supporters of indigenous national liberation and all those fighting for a socialist future to take part in the 4th Canadian Revolutionary Conference, to be held on May 21-22, 2016 in Halifax, Nova Scotia. This is the latest in a series of conferences whose objective is to gather and unite the forces who wish to fight for the revolution, destroy the bourgeois Canadian state and establish people’s and workers’ power from coast to coast.

The first CRC was held in autumn 2006 in Montréal and it resulted in the creation

The Sudbury May Day Committee has been initiated by the Revolutionary Communist Party (Organizing Committee) – Sudbury to organize combative actions and festive events for May 1st, International Workers’ Day. The Committee aims to be the coordinating centre for a coalition of progressive and revolutionary groups and individuals, united for an anti-capitalist, anti-imperialist, combative, and festive May Day! Join us for the launch meeting on Wednesday, April 6, 6-8pm at 84 Station Cafe (84 Elgin St, downtown Sudbury) to get involved in planning.

What is May Day?

A day to celebrate the power of workers, who create all the value

Important new statement from the Mouvement Étudiant Révolutionnaire-Revolutionary Student Movement:

“In the first week of February 2016, notorious ‘neo-masculinist’ Roosh V’s proposed meetups for his ‘pick-up artist’ (PUA) followers across the world were crushed by the collective anger and power of the masses. Across Canada, the people mobilized protests and militant responses to what was correctly identified as the hate speech of the anti-feminist Roosh V and his misogynist followers. But the battle against the backwards ideas of reactionaries who seek to push back the gains of the feminist struggle over the last decades must not stop there. […] In

Fascism makes strange bedfellows. On Thursday, March 10th 2016, the fascist Jewish Defense League hosted Paul Weston of the white supremacist, anti-immigrant PEGIDA-UK and Islamophobic Danish hatemonger Lars Hedegaard at the Toronto Zionist Centre at 788 Marlee Avenue for a speaking event called “The Threat of Radical Islamic Immigration and the Erosion of our Freedoms”. As in Montréal the evening prior, a number of local anti-fascists, including members of the Revolutionary Communist Party Organizing Committee–Toronto and the Revolutionary Student Movement, gathered in order to shut down the event. While it is not entirely clear if the Toronto event was decisively

Statement on RSM-uO’s Protest of CAFE

Police Rush to Defend MRAs in Ottawa!

This is a statement from the Revolutionary Student Movement (MER-RSM):

Last night, February 10th, the RSM participated in protesting a meeting of misogynists under the guise of “men’s rights activism” on uOttawa campus. As a result, this event, which was organized, led and attended almost entirely by retired and tenured professors and other non-students, turned into a totally inappropriate, disgusting, and illegitimate show of repressive force against students.

First, campus security threatened student protesters with expulsion, a criminal record, unhireability, and homelessness. When these transparent attempts at intimidation were rightly ignored, they called the police, who had planned and prepared
